Jeff Kenney Storms Flint Pond in the Rain
A Very Tough Bite--Many Baits Disrespected
Dateline Shrewsbury, MA--May 19, 2018:
Despite a skin-pruning rain that didn't let up from midday to three, Tri-County anglers fought a valiant battle to hook keepers. Though bag and fish weights couldn't compare to Mashpee (April 28), some quality bass made it to the live wells. Jeff Kenney took the day with a 10.77-lb bag, not to mention Lunker and Second Lunker (3.93, 3.92 lbs). Excellent work, Jeff! Mark Donovan placed second with a 7.97-lb bag. Matt Breach took third (7.23 lbs), followed by Mike Elliot (5.33 lbs). Marco stunned the bass fishing world with the biggest three-fish total in the history of goldfish.
